CRANIOSACRAL THERAPY
Treatment provided by a Registered Massage Therapist
Craniosacral therapy uses gentle touch and soft-tissue manipulation to release tension in the body's connective tissue along the head, spine, and sacrum to help improve the functioning of the central nervous system.
The human body is interconnected, both structurally and functionally. Helping with tension relief in and around the fascia of the craniosacral system can help other connected parts of the body function better by self- correction and self-regulation.
Craniosacral therapy evaluates and enhances the function of the physiological body system called the craniosacral system. The craniosacral system includes the membranes, bones, and cerebrospinal fluid that surround and protect the brain and spinal cord.
Releasing restrictions in the craniosacral system can help the functioning of the central nervous system, as well as other systems in the
body such as the digestive, musculoskeletal, and circulatory systems.
